Companies from all around Asia and Europe, made it to the maiden auction and resulting in 442 bids for the produced Rubies. These exceptional, gem-quality Rubies of intense colour and saturation were extracted from Montepuez district.

With its presence on the fields in Montepuez since 2017, GEMROCK has been exploring in both east and west of Gemfieldss MRM license, and today has access to over 589 square kilometres of potential ruby bearing area located within the wedge-shaped Montepuez Comple.

(“Max Life” / “Company“), has launched an enhanced variant of ‘Max Life Guaranteed Lifetime Income Plan‘ (UIN: 104N076V14 – a Non-Linked, Non-Participating Individual General Annuity Savings Plan) designed to ensure a steady post-retirement income stream. With this plan, customers will now have the option of regular systematic investment to plan early for retirement and lock the annuity amount for life at the time of purchase.

The Max Life Guaranteed Lifetime Income Plan offers customers the option to choose between immediate and deferred annuity. They also have the option of selecting a joint life option to ensure the same amount of lifelong annuity to their loved ones even after one’s death. Under deferred annuity, the customer can lock the annuity amount at the time of purchase only either by paying a lump sum amount in one go or investing regularly in a systematic way as per his/her convenience. This plan provides the flexibility to choose the annuity amount one wants to receive post-retirement with the option to invest for different premium payment terms.

The minimum purchase price of the Plan is subject to a minimum annuity payout being at least Rs. 1,000 per month or Rs. 12,000 per annum, while there is no maximum premium limit.

Option to receive the return of premium on death – After the death of the annuitant(s)

Premium paid (less applicable taxes) is returned to the claimant in case of immediate annuity for life (with death benefit) option,

Sitare University, a one-of-a-kind technology university with the aim of empowering underprivileged students with the power of education announced the commencement of classes for its first batch, 2022-2026, in collaboration with Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU), Lucknow. The inaugural lecture was delivered by Dr. Vishal Sikka, Former CEO Infosys and Founder and CEO of Vianai Systems.

The inaugural batch, the class of 2026, consists of 27 India’s brightest underprivileged minds who were selected from across India based on their JEE Main Scores and a detailed background check. One student from Bokaro, Jharkhand, achieved a maximum JEE Mains score of 99.16%. Students from UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Haryana, MP and Odisha are part of the first batch.

All the students have been awarded a scholarship by Sitare Foundation to cover their education costs including tuition fees, lodging and boarding, books etc.

During the inaugurallecture Dr. Vishal Sikka said, “Here at Sitare University, we wish to help our students attain knowledge across domains such as quantum computing, AI/ML, large scale systems, cyber security etc. Taking inspiration from the rich educational heritage of our country, we wish to establish an immersive learning environment where the students not only learn Computer Science but master an iterative learning process. We will not only teach how to solve the known big problems, we will also teach our students how to discover, articulate, and solve unseen problems.”

During his address, Dr. Amit Singhal, Founder, Sitare University said, “Education is the only reliable path out of poverty. In this technology led world, a Computer Science education has become one of the most coveted degrees.
